Reiki Tummo® Workshops offered by Natural Way of Living Singapore

These programs are universal, non-denominational, and effective for anyone who would like to improve their relationship with True Source. Everyone, starting from the age of five, is welcome to learn and enjoy the many benefits. Reiki Tummo can also serve as an adjunctive therapy that can help accelerate healing and improve overall well-being.

Three Levels of Reiki Tummo®. Each level is designed as a one-day interactive training that combines theory, attunement, practices, and discussions, led by certified Reiki Tummo® instructors. The Reiki Tummo® training curriculum will help you to channel energy to heal yourself, friends, family, and others.

These three levels of Reiki Tummo® workshops are part of our beginner’s workshops.

Reiki Tummo® Workshop Level 1:
Pre-requisite: None
​
In the Reiki Tummo® level 1 workshop, you will be attuned to Reiki and Earth energy. You will develop the capability and be taught the methods of how to channel Reiki healing energy to yourself and others to improve your physical, mental, and emotional health. You will also receive guided meditations for Grounding & Self-Healing to take home.

Reiki Tummo® Workshop Level 2:
Pre-requisite: Reiki Tummo® Level 1

In the Reiki Tummo® Level 2 workshop, the entire Sushumna channel is safely and gently opened and the Kundalini is safely awakened. You will also connect with your heart, with divine energy, and with the earth's core energy. You will also receive the guided Tummo (Kundalini) Meditation, as well as the Open Heart Prayer to take home.

Reiki Tummo® Workshop Level 3A:
Pre-requisite: Reiki Tummo® Level 2 + 21 days

In the Reiki Tummo® 3A workshop, the previous attunements are enhanced, and the throat, navel, sacral and base chakras are opened. The kundalini fire reaches at least the heart chakra. The Shing Chi (8th chakra) attunement is given as a bonus.

SHING CHI Attunements are given as a bonus during Reiki Tummo® Workshop Level 3A.
​
Shing Chi chakras are divine chakras, located above the crown chakra. Activating higher chakras will allow you to access the energy from these higher chakras to help your spiritual growth and healing.

Place:
The workshop will be done conducted via Zoom online, and all participants have to install the Zoom application on their computer.
